Tormach Workshop #3 (Arduino Uno Enclosure)

This is the third of four workshops required to be a qualified Tormach user. The cost of each workshop is $100 and must be paid at time of registration. Class size is limited to two persons. Please make sure you are available for all sessions prior to registering.

Participants completing this workshop will keep the machined enclosure, and will receive all the parts required to assemble it. A new end mill will also be provided. (Arduino Uno circuit board not included)

Prerequisites

1. Tormach Workshop 2 must be completed.

2. Complete the Session 3.1 prerequisite quiz and bring it with you to the first class.

Workshop 3 content

Session 3.1 (classroom): learn about tapping options, more in depth look at Fusion 360, discuss machining strategy for the arduino uno enclosure.

Session 3.2 (classroom): review each student’s CAM

Session 3.3 (machine): machine an arduino uno enclosure using your part program.
